I live in Virginia, so it was difficult for me to find a reputable agent. Jessica was referred to me through a friend of a friend. I cannot begin to thank her for everything she did to help me through this very difficult time. Jessica sent videos of the house inside and out and we had virtual meetings to discuss specifics. Together we made a plan to get the property ready for market. Jessica orchestrated landscaping, clearing out of the household contents, and even the sale of 3 vehicles. She obtained bids for deep cleaning, painting and reflooring as well as staging and was willing to oversee all of those projects. The house was never put on the market because Jessica found a buyer that made a cash offer. We didn't need to go through the expense of cleaning up the interior of the home and we closed in 14 days.
